Mindray is a Chinese high-tech medical device research, development and manufacturing company founded in 1991, and one of the global innovators in medical devices. Its products cover four areas: life information and patient support, clinical testing and reagents, digital ultrasound, and radiology imaging. Its medical electronics are sold in more than 190 countries and regions. To bring overseas transport under one standard, Mindray selected Deep Insights' supply chain products and services for its operations in Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam.
Challenges
Transport Process Without End-to-End Visibility
