Facing the stringent transportation requirements of high-value, precision components and the complexity of differentiated management between domestic and international operations, Red Sun partnered with Deep-Insights to launch a TMS (Transportation Management System) construction, aiming to reshape the supply chain backbone for new energy exports with digital logic.

First, shorten response cycles through automated order processing and intelligent order allocation.
International Transportation Seamlessness (Phase 2)
Build a global delivery foundation for complex scenarios involving multiple languages, multiple time zones, customs declaration, and space booking.
2. "Full Space-Time" Monitoring for High-Value Components
Photovoltaic and energy storage equipment are precision assets where temperature control and collision prevention during transportation are crucial. Deep-Insights TMS will build a full-chain visualization system for Red Sun through GPS positioning and node reporting, enabling instant early warning of abnormal situations to ensure every product arrives safely and on time.
3. Deep Business-Finance Integration "Operations Brain"
The system will deeply integrate with ERP and CRM, ensuring real-time data synchronization across production, sales, and transportation. Meanwhile, leveraging the built-in rate system, it achieves precise accounting of international/domestic costs and scientific evaluation of carrier KPIs, providing real and fresh data support for financial settlement and logistics strategy adjustments.
